The clips just confirm our precedent impression: Narnia is going mature with this second installment: Narnia 2 is a movie for grown ups!

Here below the Prince Caspian sneak preview clips:

Some people assert that with Narnia 2, the Chronicles of Narnia are going to outperform Harry Potter. I would not bet on that, but I agree that Narnia 2 looks quite good.

Prince Caspian Behind The Scenes

A behind-the-scenes clip has shown up for Narnia 2, aka The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.

Here it is:

New technologies have brought a lot to increase realism in the cinema industry.

A second behind-the-scenes featurette with Director Andrew Adamson talking about the movie sets:

We now have one more behind the scenes featurette for Prince Caspian:

Narnia is often compared to Harry Potter. So let's compare on one more point: if Harry Potter tried to incorparate actors from various racial horizons, Narnia is a kind of white-only realm (besides the beasts I mean)...
But it seems that Disney, with this last featurette, tries to reach a wider target by hiring a Chinese-looking girl and a black guy to present the movie. Well, that's a way to do it...

Prince Caspian Official Trailer

Fans of the Chronicles of Narnia have been waiting for it, and finally, the official trailer of Prince Caspian, Narnia 2 has been released.

Here it is:

This summer, the time has come to Journey back to Narnia...
One year later for them, but 1300 years for Narnia!
A new Age has begun...
This May, the fate of All lies with the destiny of One!

Even if it can't really compete with Lord of the rings, I think this second installment of the Chronicles of Narnia will be worth watching.
Indeed, this trailer of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian looks good and the story seems now more mature than in the first opus.
Let's keep our finger crossed then!

Prince Caspian in May 2008 - Narnia 2

Narnia 2 should be released in May 2008. Its working title is The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.
The Narnia movie series is based on a children's-fantasy novel series by C. S. Lewis.

Let's watch a first behind-the-scenes featurette of Prince Caspian:

Andrew Adamson is Prince Caspian's director.

Here the plot:
"One year has passed in our world since the first adventure ended, but in Narnia almost 1,300 years have passed. The villainous King Miraz prevents the rightful king, his young nephew Prince Caspian, from ruling the land of Narnia. Caspian uses Susan's magic horn that was left in Narnia to summon the four Pevensies to help him and a small army of Old Narnians reclaim his rightful throne." (Source: Wikipedia)

Hope this second installment of the Chronicles of Narnia will be more mature than the first one!
;-p
